[HELP]BEST GPU for A6-3500

Good day experts,

I currently use the HD4670 for my A6 3500 Proc.

Just simply need advise on what GPU I should get next to upgrade

with. I know its not a high end PROC so im worried about bottle

neck.

Should I just go grab any high priced Radeon cards from my local

retailer or should I worry about my PROC bottle-necking the GPU?

Thanks in advance!

  1. Get a 7770 and you should be fine =D
  2. No bottleneck?
  3. There is no way to know for sure, but i suspect little to no bottle necking and you can upgrade the cpu with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106001 .
  4. Yeah i have been reading a lot on how to properly OC the CPU since it has been known to dramatically improve FPS on gaming.

Thanks for the links by the way.
  5. No problem =D.
  6. is this ok? http://pcx.com.ph/msi-hd7770-oc-1gb-ddr5-128bit.html

i was also thinking of getting the NVIDIA GTX series. anything you can reccomend?
  7. Msi is a great company and is just as good as he aforementioned companies. I would urge you to get a 2gb card if you can and for a Nvidia card you can get this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130831&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
I will do some searching on your website and find what i think is best for you.
  8. From your website you linked i looked through all the graphics cards and these were the best for the price i could find. Never mind the 7770 in your country the prices for graphics cards are different then mine. So here's what i highly recommend for you: http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphic-cards-1/powercolor-hd7850-2gb-ddr5-256bit.html , and: http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphic-cards-1.html?p=12
  9. Thank you! Please do. That is the website of the retailer near me.
  10. I notice that the more I search for GTX, the more i see 256 Bit. Which I believe My A6-3500 cannot accomodate.

    Or am I wrong?
  11. If you step up and get a 7800 series or even a 7900 series AMD has their Free game special going on now ;)
  12. Actually called the Never Settle special and you get Crysis 3 and Bioshock Infinite or TOmb Raider

I linked him a 7850 way under the price of the 7770 he linked me and the 7850 has 2gb ddr5
  14. The 2nd link you provided is broken. And also, wont a 256bit GPU be too much for my A6-3500 proc?

This is the correct non broken link: http://pcx.com.ph/components/graphic-cards-1/asus-gtx560-1gb-ddr5-256bit.html
You will more than likely bottle neck with the 2 cards i have provided. But they are cheaper than the 7770 you wanted so i thought that with your budget you wanted the best GPU regardless. I figured after getting one of the gpu's i selected you would find it beneficial to also upgrade your processor to the one i linked on a previous post. Here's the cpu you can upgrade to if you see fit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819106001
  16. Thanks a lot. Much appreciated for the replies. I cannot find myself upgrading the Proc yet seeing its still just 2 months old.

But its not illogical to get the best GPU anyway. So thanks again. :)
