I was looking at the GTX 660's and i was wondering which of the following brands make it the best with the lowest temps and highest overclocking capability. (the prices dont matter; i used all newegg links because its probably the easiest way to see them)

Asus - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121660
EVGA - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130826
GigaByte - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125443
MSI - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127699

well being the coolest isn't the only thing you also can look at quietness and the asus one wins that by far meaning you can turn up the fan louder that the others without getting annoying meaning more cool.i really prefer the asus card it is just so well made

What about the galaxy and zotac gtx 660s? If I can get better cooling, by all means I will spend the extra $20 to get the MSI or whichever. I want to be able to overclock as much as I can. Will this be good? It's $195•http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162122

i can say my gigabyte windforce card never even hits 60C, thats at about 25C ambient temperature. I dont think you can get much cooler than that. But i can tell you, overclocking with these cards is VERY minimal unless you are prepared to overvolt with BIOS mods. there are NO software tools that overvolt these cards successfully, even if the option is on the screen, it does nothing.
