Will PCI E 3.0 graphics card work with PCI e 1.0?

Will gtx 650 ti work on PCI e 1.0 MOBO like D945GCCR , LGA 775?
PSU :600 watt
any help would be appreciated !

it work fine, as cards are backward compatible to previous gen. pci-e slots.

It will work fine but PCIe 1.0 has much less bandwidth than 2.0 and 3.0

This means the graphics card will run but not at it's full potential, so don't be surprised if it doesn't perform how you expected ;)

Nope there won't be any problem. Also no speed reduction unless you play at very high resolutions on multiple monitors..

all pci-ex16 3.0 cards are backward compatible with older pci-e 1.0 slot.there also will not be any performance difference since you are using a single monitor setup.
