DDR266 CL2.0(Please check this out)

hey, im looking for 256MB DDR266 ram with CL2.0 here on the pricegrabber and can find nothing, i really want CL2.0, unless you can convince me that it dosnt make a big difference, because i know it does, then ill pay more for it if neccessary
can anyone tell me where i can find ddr266 ram with cl2.0??? ive had no luck
also, if i buy cl2.5, can i change it to 2.0(kind of like OC'ing) in the bios??? (mobo=soltek SL-7DVRV4) im not buying generic, so should good quality memory OC to cl2.0 no prob?

99.999999999% of crucial ram can do cl2, just go to crucial.com and buy their 2.5.

I don't know too much about DDR, but I've had nothing but good experiences with Infineon chips. My current stick of PC133 runs CAS 2-2-2 at 133, 2-3-2 at 150, and 3-3-2 at 166. Only 3-3-3 at 172, damn. Oh well, considering it scores higher than some DDR systems at that speed. So, if it's possible, buy Infineon!
