Why does my monitor shut down when i plug in hdtv into hdmi
Hello,
i have an acer aspire x1470 desktop with hdmi output. when i hook up an hdtv (hisense h32k26e) and go to correct input (hdmi1), my computer monitor goes dark. problem is hdtv says 'not support' so i can't see either monitor when they're both plugged in to adjust settings. what do i do?
