Are you connected to the internet? or are you posting from another computer?

Windows 7 should have installed a network driver for you.
Do you have some unusual type of .... computer?



Have you run Windows 7 update yet? It will find the 'best available' hardware drivers as well as get the OS updates

Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly
They mention the automatic and manual methods for updating drivers.
