Looking for new VGA.

I am looking for a good video card to top off my first build and I can't decide. I have read that the 7950 crushes the 660ti when overclocked, but if I was going to keep the cards at stock speeds, which would be better? I know that the Radeon has a lot more bandwidth, but the 660ti I chose has a way higher clock speed for the same price!
I'm extremely torn!

I want to play the latest games (BF3, Crysis 3, AC3, ME3, ect.) at max settings on a 1080p

I would like to get real feedback too, not like my last post where it was just AND and Nvidia fan boys arguing.

Thanks so much for all your help!

These are the cards I picked out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100006662&IsNodeId=1&Description=7950&bop=And&CompareItemList=%2D1%7C14%2D127%2D696%5E14%2D127%2D696%2DTS%2C14%2D202%2D006%5E14%2D202%2D006%2DTS

GeForce GTX 660 Ti 150 Watts
Radeon HD 7950 200 Watts
Difference: 50 Watts (33%)

Memory Bandwidth

In theory, the Radeon HD 7950 is 67% quicker than the GeForce GTX 660 Ti overall, due to its higher data rate.

Radeon HD 7950 240000 MB/sec
GeForce GTX 660 Ti 144000 MB/sec
Difference: 96000 (67%)

Texel Rate

The GeForce GTX 660 Ti is a bit (approximately 14%) better at anisotropic filtering than the Radeon HD 7950.

GeForce GTX 660 Ti 102480 Mtexels/sec
Radeon HD 7950 89600 Mtexels/sec
Difference: 12880 (14%)

If using high levels of AA is important to you, then the Radeon HD 7950 is the winner, though only just barely.

Get a HD7950 as you will have enough room to overclock in future. Also the 7950 is slightly better than the 660TI card. If would be better if you can afford a 670 though.
Also the 7950 is 384bit while the 660 is 192 bit.
