I have the below motherboard with an AMD 9950 Quad Core 2.6GHz processor. Can I use a GeForce GTX 680 video card? If not, what is the best gaming card that I can get into this system?

Yes, that graphics card is compatible with your motherboard. I would be concerned about what power supply you have.

What is your monitor's resolution, what is the power output of your power supply, and what games do you want to play?
