Considering that generic PSUs that come with retail desktops often max out at 75% of advertised load, you're looking at max 75W TDP for your graphics card. Consider a Radeon 7750 or GTX 650.

You need to get at least the GTX 650 Ti or the HD 7770 but you'll need a 450 watt psu to power it up. If you are in a tight budget and dosn't want to get a 450 watt PSU, go for GT 640 or HD 7750. That would give you acceptable performance at 1366 x 768 resolution. Just don't expect too much on low end cards
