Resolution too big

Hello, whenever i select the resolution 1920x1080, its always too big, well more like too far to the left, no matter the fiddling, i can't figure it out, so, that's where the genius of the internet come in, i would just like to know because the resolution i have to use is kinda blurry, so if anyone can help, it'd be much appreciated
