Printer icon

Hello,
Have HP printer photosmart plus Had icon to print from computer.. It has disappeared., I am also unable to print by pushing "print screenP button on keyboard. I was out of town , took computer which woked fine on other peoples wifi, but now I am home & have not been able to print form computer. My wifi is all connected & doing ok. I just cant figure out how to get the icon back onto the computer screen??

Hello , as far as I know this issue is not related to the graphics cards section but however , follow these steps
1-try to print something by selecting print from the file menu, if it doesnt work check the operable and the printers cable
2-cables are fine ? Go to control panal , click on printers icon then right click on your printer's icon and choose set as default
3-go to program files locate the photo smart program folder and open it , find the application icon and right click on it select copy, go back to your desktop and right click select paste shortcut,
