GTX 460 (192bit) bad with MSAA ? Any other reason for such FPS drop ?

Ok guys I was lurking around this review (http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-650-ti-benchmark-gk106,3318.html) saw something odd in a benchmark.

FXAA enabled and MSAA disabled...

Vice versa ...

Check the drop of gtx 460. Any reason for this ? Which spec of this old 460 causes such a drop ?
Is it 192bit ? Any idea?
I was thinking of buying a second hand gtx460. And I don't want it to perform like that

More about 192bit msaa reason drop
  1. Memory bandwidth and less ROP's.
The 256-but model is a better card.
  2. So if 256bit is used instead of 192bit then position will be retained, right ?
