Need a full height plate - AMD Radeon 6350

I need just the full height plate for Radeon HD 6350. I mistakenly ordered a LP card for a customer.

Where can I buy *just* the plate?

Best bet is to contact the card's maker or just exchange it at the store you purchased it from.
