GTXP problems

I have been happy with my GTXP for the most part. It does all the stuff I want it to do andI like the idea of a brakout box. However, I am having problems with it. Last november, I had to return it for a new one because my headphone port came loose. I thought that it was a freak thing and when the new one came, the red LED on front was always on. I figured that my old one didn't have it because it was faulty. It eventually went out but nowthe speaker port in back has come loose.
I really like the card, but I'm getting a little pissed that I have to return the stupid thing again. Has anyone else had these problems, or am I just really unlucky?
