More about changing frequently router
  1. You can't. The WAN IP is assigned by your ISP's DHCP server. My WAN IP has only changed 3 times or so in the last 5+ years.

You can go into your router WAN section and release/renew (similar to the way you do it on your internal network using ipconfig in the command prompt) -- BUT as Hawkeye22 says, you will almost always (in my experience about 99+% of the time with my ISP) get the same address assigned again.
  3. ^ Yeah, I swear they must set their DHCP lease times for 6 months or something. It's hard to pull a new address. Most times mine has only changed when Time-Warner had a network build out.
