A friend bought a new computer and I install everything.

Box: Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H-WB
CPU: Intel BX80637 i5 3570k 3.4GHz, Socket LGA1155.
Graphic Card: VTX3D Radeon HD7970 X-Edition 3gb GDDR5 PCI-Express 3.0
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DGX 5.1
HDD: Seagate 2TB 3.5 7200RPM 64mb cache SATA3
SDD: Crucial M4 256GB SATA3 7mm 2.5
RAM:G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB (2x4GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz CL9
PSU: Be Quiet Dark Power Pro 10 850W PSU
CPU Cooler: Scythe Ninja 3 Rev.B

When I try to run the computer with the graphic card, It resets after a minute. I unplug the graphic card and install windows with no problems, but now I can't install the graphic card because the computer launch a blue screen when I try to install the drivers.
I tried to star on safe mode but with no result, I tried to reinstall windows with the 7970 plugged, but no result too, the computer restart all time.

I can't enter the BIOS with the graphic card plugged because it resets too.

Any idea to solve this?

Thank's for your help

It sounds like the card may be defective. Can you test it on a different machine? Or a different card in the new machine?
