MSI Lightning or twinfrozr?

Which is better performance-wise? The MSI GTX 680 Lightning or the MSI GTX 680 twinfrozr?

The lightning is physically very large and heavy, and is desigend specifically for hardcore overclocking.

The twinfrozr, on the other hand, is meant for cooling efficiency and moderate overclocking. It also has a sleek stainless steel design.

If I am not going to be overclocking my GPU (because I have no idea how to) should I get the lightning or the twinfrozr? I found a 4GB GTX 680 MSI Twinfrozr for $500 at my local retailer. Should I go for it?
