Really Need some help please ???

Need a new GPU Been looking at these two cards what i need help with is what card will give me the BEST performance and the BEST FPS. i play mostly First person shooter games like Battlefield 3 FarCry 3 ETC. if not these cards what card should i get Budget £450 GBP.

PS. Will the Gigabyte GTX 680 4GB GV-N680OC-4GD work with my Motherboard Asus Maximus v Gene ???

I always go to videocardbenchmark.net and look up what cards are the best, and which ones perform well at a good price. I think the best value right now is the Radeon 7850. I use it for battlefield 3 and it gives me a steady 60 fps on high settings with a AMD fx 8320 cpu. I have the same Benq monitor you have, it works great for playing call of duty black ops.
