Asus 7770 hd

I have a new graphics card, 7770 hd asus 2gb, 600w GPU, 4GB ram, my motherboard is fairly new. Took all old display drivers off, driver sweep, updated old MOBO bios and utilities, installed new drivers, WAS working... then in the middle of watching a video the screen went blank. It will post (1 beep) but NO video. Can anyone help?

plus, thried a diff card in slot, it works. Also, MOBO graphics work. frustrating
