I'm looking to get a EVGA Ge Force GTX 550 Ti FPB 1024 MB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0. im upgrading from a geforece 9500gt...i want to know if my NF4 Lanparty motherboard can handle it..the current video card is a ddr3

Yes. It will accept it fine. PCIe is a backward compatible standard. And the fact that the 550ti has DDR5 VRAM makes no difference to the board. You just won't get the full benefit of the PCIe V 2.0 bandwidth because your board only does v 1.0
