Poking around the newbuild forum and thanks to the helpful members of Toms hardware im pretty sure the 670 is for me.
But now i have to ask who is a good manufacturer for the card?

My main concerns are fan noise, cleanliness next, and heat giving off.
I don't have much experience with overclocking so a factory overclocked on might be good for me.

I have not ordered any parts yet.

Also one more question for you guys :]
Do you think the typical setup of an i5 3570k with a gtx 670 and all the usual things posted around the newbuild forums would work well in the upcoming Elder Scrolls MMO?

Solution
Yes it's worth it for the 670 Top Generally speaking, most non-reference cards will overclock better.

IMO, my money is better spent on an aftermarket card with a non-reference PCB and a formidable cooling solution, but your tastes may be different.
