What kind of budget do you have to spend on a video card ?

Out of those 3 GPUs the 460 1gb would be the fastest in my personal opinion


For about $50 - $100 more, You could get a 7850 or a 7870 though, and blow all 3 out of the water.

No it does not, it is almost equal to the 460 this is true, but the 460 pulls ahead at higher resolutions, only by about 5 fps, but still it pulls ahead

My budget is $99 .
Graphics cards out there are very expensive . So I'm looking at refurbished ones at Newegg .

Ahh ok, Well if you could double your budget, You could get a nice video card. Although the ones you listed are affordable, They won't give you what you desire, if you want a video card for gaming... You will be running low FPS and it will not last very long as in years wise. If you where to increase your budget to about $240, You could get a Radeon 7870, and have a video card that will last the next 3-4 years of gaming. If you buy one of the cards you listed, It will be expired by 2014. Never go cheap on your video card if you want a good long lasting gaming experience... Also I suggest buying from Amazon, There RMA is the best I have ever dealt with, I bought some video cards from them, 1 was artifacting, I filed for a replacement, Had it the next day, hadn't even mailed the bad one in lol
