What's the difference between all the other company's selling the Geforce4 TI4600? For example Asus is selling the Nvdia Geforce4 GPUS V8460. What's the difference between the regular Visiontek Xtasy Geforce4 TI4600 and the one with Asus? I have a Asus P4T-E motherboard so would it be better off buying the graphic card from Asus or Visiontek?

They type of motherboard doesn't matter. The cards from different manufacturers all perform the same. They use the same chip, the same spec RAM, etc. The only difference is the brand name and the included extras. They'll have different software bonus packages and the more expensive Asus cards will alo include 3D glasses which barely work.
