The GTX 650Ti is faster. A highly overclocked 7770 will perform close to what a stock 650Ti does.

As long as they are close in price get the 650Ti. Also, don't forget to take a look at the 7850 1GB which typically doesn't cost much more than the 650Ti.

in India the 7850 costs around 14500-15000 Rs.check this--> 7850 cost

i.e. almost 5000rs more than 650ti that means 90$ more. very costly.

i cannot go above 10500rs. so I plan buy 650ti and oc it.
Is the palit version that i mentioned above good for overclocking?

The Palit version you have listed seems to be an Nvidia reference card. That meaning, they basically followed Nvidia's desingon the cooler and pcb.

I would say with some tweaking you could likely get that card close to 1100Mhz core. That should equate to around a 10% performance boost.

seems like a deal to me.


one more thing.
the 7850 link which i posted above are 2 gb versions but still the 1gb version will cost around 13000Rs.
Is the 7850 worth 3000rs(55$) more?

With that type of price difference I would have a hard time recommending the 1GB 7850. If the price were $20 - $30 then yes, 7850.

Also, keep in mind the 7850 is an excellent over-clocker.

For resolutions under 1600 x 900 the 650Ti is a great card but the 7850 is better.

seems like a noticable difference!
especially in skyrim. even crysis scores 12fps more!

now i am confused.........
