Hello everyone.

I would like to ask for some technical assistance regarding an upgrade on my hardware.
I own a desktop pc with these features:

OS: 7 64bit

PSU: http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=2685

Motherboard: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3310#ov

CPU: http://ark.intel.com/products/43546/Intel-Core-i5-650-Processor-4M-Cache-3_20-GHz

Ram: http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c9.html

GPU: http://www.gainward.com/main/vgapro.php?id=212

And us you understand it's the time to move on a graphics card upgrade in order to play crysis 3 and blablabla!
I can't afford a card higher of 200 euros (170 GBP).

Thank you in advance.

If I calculate correctly, that is around $267 U.S. dollars. Almost any HD 7870 would fall in that price range and would be more than enough card to play Crysis 3 at high settings @ 1920x1080. The only problem would be your processor. It might present a small bottle neck to the card, but I'd go for it anyway.

Either card will be an excellent choice. Depending on their cost in your part of the world. Here is a "on paper" comparison of the two previously mentioned. You can decide cost vs performance that way.

The GTX 660 maxes out at around 140W (11.7A on the +12V rail)
The HD 7870 maxes out at around 175W (14.6A on the +12v rail)
Your processor can demand up to 73W (6.1A on the +12v rail)
Your CM PSU has 3 19A +12 rails capable of providing 408W. On paper, it looks fine. Run your system thru a PSU calculator just to be sure, because we don't know what other power hungry devices and peripherals you may have.
