Graphics on an A6-5400k?

I built a computer for a friend of mine and she was asking me if she can play the simscity game when it comes out and I didn't know so I was wondering if you guys can help me out.

No discrete GPU but an APU with the A6-5400k, and 8 GB 1600mHz RAM.

Will she be able to play it well..also while I have you here what do you think is the most graphically intense games she can play with medium-high settings at 30fps? Keep in mind her resolution is probably only 720.

should be able to handle it with 720.
