When i play games my screen flickers

Hello,
i down loaded flash player 11 now my games take a long time to load and glitch out on me i attack then i may have to wait for battle to start then when it does im dead the battle is over do i need to down grade my flash player i jus bought system mechanic pro and did every thing my system is 100% all in green still have problem i play battle pirates alot its a kixeye game could it be them or is it my graphic card i had flash player before didnt have the problem untill i got flash player 11 could it be google crome it does it on fox fire to need help
