Newegg RMAing a card that comes with games now?

I hope this is the right place to put this topic, I'm RMAing my 7970 because of some odd graphical issues in some games and coil whine that is getting worse. I now see that my card comes with Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3. If I select replacement, will I get the games since I'm assuming AMD just tosses the game codes in the box? Or is it better if I get a refund and just repurchase the card? The card is $40 more now, or else I would've just gotten a refund (I probably sound really cheap, but oh well.).

Very good question, but no idea on the answer. Newegg customer service is first rate though, try giving them a call and asking.
