i'm just looking to upgrade my graphic card for around 100-120$

It looks like your computer's PSU is only 300 watts. You would want to upgrade it to at least 400w to upgrade your video card. Then you could look at something like this.

Anyways thanks for your help i'll be looking forward to buy this in the next few days.Also i'm looking into a hard drive because mine in only has like 50 gb left so if i could buy one thats will fit my computer thanks oh can it be used with the one i have in right now?

Thanks for the best answer. I'm not sure what HDD you have right now, but I would assume it is a 3.5". Here is a good 500 GB drive.
