how do you download legacy hardware i need to install network adapters ISATAP and teredo tunneling and 6to4 adapters cause its giving me a code 10 error

All of those except your network adapters are already included in Windows 7 (actually windows xp and up)

Whats the name and model number of your adapter? probably just google that and you will get your desired result
