Hi guys! I just purchased a crappy WinXP computer ($200) for the sole purpose of playing indie games at my GF's place when I'm there over the next 6 months. Specs are in a pic below.

So I want to get a GPU for <$60 so that I can hook my extra DVI-D 1920x1080 120Hz monitor to it.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE:Now

BUDGET RANGE: <$60

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT:Just indie games at GF's place.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: No GPU, Dumpy 300W no-name PSU.

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: See picture below

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Anywhere in Canada

PARTS PREFERENCES: None

OVERCLOCKING: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Need a DVI-D port.

@nvalhalla, appears he has PCIe
Compaq dc5700 microtower
2 full-height PCI, 1 full-height PCI Express x1

1250 watt PSU for quality? not power (tri SLI/Crossfire)?
lol, oh boy... must be a rats nest of wiring and connectors going nowhere

My apologies, I thought the blue screen pic and interior case pic were enough. :(

@ ikes9711 thank you, I'm in Canada so I'll have to get it from here...

@wdmfiber sorry if I was misleading! I'm not quite THAT crazy, I do have Crossfired 7970 3GB Vapor-X Sapphire cards in my main rig! Edit: And it is fully modular! No extra cords!

I am actually typing this from Ol' Dumpy right now. Just got it going here and it is...not the worst? I'm used to an SSD so this is kind of painful lol.

Thanks a lot guys I will go with this card http://www.ncix.ca/products/?sku=69521#CustomerReviews

I just tried to play Hotline Miami and Don't Starve through steam and neither work lolz. Hotline Miami says it ran out of video RAM no suprise.

I'll have to wait for that GPU I guess!
