Fans/Coolers for Radeon HD 7870

Hello Everyone,

Recently, a friend approached me asking about a replacement fan or water cooler for his Radeon HD 7870 video card. Both of us looked online and local computer shops and barely found anything.

The specific card is a HIS ICEQ Radeon HD 7870.

According to him, the fan has been clicking for the last 2 weeks and he would like to repair or replace it with something equal or better.

Please give me your recommendations.
