Need graphics card drivers please.

Hey, I'm hooking up a computer, and i have a graphics card that not very new, and I don't have the driver install CD, the card is a Sapphire HD 3650 AGP dual DVI card, I've scavenged through websites for hours looking for drivers, and each time I install one, it has no effect. Any help would be greatly appeciated, thanks.

Select "All Radeon HD series AGP" under "Desktop graphics" and "Radeon HD" and your version of Windows
