I have a wired pc WIN 98 setup using the mn-500 kit. My
problem is receiving files from the internet.

I have no problem sending large files as I have amazing
speeds. My major problem is receiving files as its like a
snail speed.

My latest speed results from the internet:

2004-04-13 11:57:09 EST: 25 / 362
Your download speed : 26250 bps, or 25 kbps.
A 3.2 KB/sec transfer rate.

What has the NAT or firewall features is stopping me?

Please any assistance you can provide will help me out.
