Skyrim! Need help on a new graphics card!

Well, I'm completely new here, I just want to know which graphics card I can get that's under 100$ that can play skyrim at around 30fps at least. My current GPU is overclocked & the only "high" setting I have is the details, everything else is "low" & off, I'm ranging from 19-25fps
Here's my computers stats.

CPU: I-3 2100 3.10 GHz
RAM: 8 GB DDR3
PSU: 400W
HDD: 320GB
GPU: Radeon HD 4300/4500 series

amd hd7770. should be able to find one of them for under $100. Should run it nicely on high settings. note that if you want to run the high res texture pack on it, more than 1gb vram is needed to run it smoothly.

Thanks for the product, but do you think the hd 7770 would be better then this one? EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 1 GB GDDR5

What's the brand and psu model ?
If you have a decent psu, might get the 650 ti just 109.99$ after mir : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133473

Or the 7770 if you can't afford the 650 ti.

Yes it better.hd 7770 will play at high settings upto 1600*900.

The psu is fine, he doesn't need another one, it's fine for the 7770, 650 ti or even the 7850.
