Dual monitor help

Hello I'm trying to setup two screens and it's not working the second screen is saying No siganl.
My video card is a Radeon HD 7770.
The screen is hooked too the video card by VGA to HDMI.
I was told to force tv detection in CCC but i cannot find it can anyone help me?
Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
