670 PE, the 680 lightning is a better card, but it's more than 100$ for it, the performance difference is minimal, though, the lightning overclock very well, but the msi pe also overclocks well, for price/performance, the 670 pe takes the lead.
I'd get it from here it's cheaper : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I'd get whichever cheaper. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 670 and the AMD Radeon HD 7950. They offer performance that is nearly as good as that of the high-end models, but at a more modest price. If you stick with a 1080p or 1920 by 1200 display with one of these cards, you should be in good shape.

I agree with djangoringo & bigcyco1. Generally speaking, it's not worth to spend the extra $60+ to get a GTX680 over a GTX670. Radeon HD7950 is a good choice as well especially if you consider overclocking.

If you're asking which one is better, it's the 680. But if you're asking which one is a better buy, it's the 670. The 670 isn't much slower, but it's considerably cheaper. I think you'd also want to consider a 7970 at that price point.
