I bought a Gtx 660ti from best buy for 320 and i was gonna get a gtx 680 but for some reason no best buy in New jersey is selling a gtx 680 o_O and theres no best buy selling a 7970 o_o
soooooo anyway i took it upon myself to go on ebay and bid for a 7970 and i won a 7970 and have to pay 326 dollars for it
i game alot and only use 1 monitor 1920x1080 gaming :D
My cpu is a i5 2500k oc 4.4
i was wondering should i take my 660ti back and buy the used 7970

The 7970 does appear to edge out the 660Ti very slightly, however there's no real warranty with a second hand card.

I would personally take the 660Ti But I'm being somewhat biased in my opinion.

7970 performs way better than a 660Ti.

Go with the 7970, as long as its not in bad condition I don't see why not.

The 7970 beats the 660ti HANDS DOWN, if you overclock at all. Because of it's memory bus, the 660ti can't overclock all that well. (Certainly not like a 670 can.)

A 7970, however, has fairly crazy overclocking headroom. It makes a difference.

The 7970 is hands down the better card, but odd question since you already bought it...

Anyway is not used, its open box, sapphire makes great stuff, and my warranty experience with them was great... and open box typically qualify for warranty. No promises but...

Good seller, guaranteed to work, Ebay buyer protection if its broke and they dont take a return... I see no issues.

PLUS its not from best buy

Check the condition of that card described on ebay (used-like new or not functioning...), see if you've been fooled :D . If it says "fully functional", you can return it if it's not.
Plus see on that ebay post if return is accepted (within certain time),if yes, you can return it for no reason, I believe, within that time.
Ebay and paypal have all sort of guarantee policies, so don't worry much :D
For me, I would go for 7970.
