go to myPhoneFiles.com and get the Voicetones Studio app. You can make
ringers that sound like real voice out of CDs, MP3 and WAV files, or even
record family or friends. A lot of fun and addictive after a while.

If you're not sure if your phone works try this test page:

it should definitely work with Motorolas V300, V400, V600 and the newer
Nokias (3650, 7650, 3300, N-gage, etc.), any other phone can be tested with
the above link.
