is it possible to have a graphics card + external pci (http://www.techradar.com/us/news/computing-components/graphics-cards/how-to-make-an-external-laptop-graphics-adaptor-915616) + (http://www.hwtools.net/adapter/EC03.html).
I know its a little overkill in terms of complexity. I just want to know if it is possible. Because if it is (80$ + graphics card) would be an awesome way to have a laptop that is light and portable but can also be plugged in at home for better gaming performance.
my laptop is:
sony vaio e 14 inch
cpu: i7 - 3632QM
gpu: AMD radeon 7670m 2gb mobile hd ddr3 graphics card
ram: 8gb ddr3 (going to upgrade to 16)
hdd: 1 tb
