Hissing sound when playing a game

Hey guys, recently I've noticed a sort of hissing sound coming from my computer speaker. It appears when I'm playing a game (quiet when loading but as soon as it hits menu it's very audible) and changes pitch/rhythm. It also appears when I'm using Smooth Scrolling in Opera or Firefox.

Gigabyte B75 Motherboard

the post is good but this sound is only coming when I am trying to play game, otherwise it won't coming.
