New gpu for 150-185 USD

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE ! Im in need a of a new gpu, and im just wondering what it should be. Now Ill be upgrading from the (6790) and from there on I have no idea what i want. The purpose is gaming, and Ill be gaming at 1080p so I need a hefty gpu.

Games: Rome two total war (yes yes I know we know nothing about the recoomended spec or what hardware they utilized it for, but we can form a hypothesis to what to get. GTA V high-very high, maybe noty 1080p though idk. And Crysis 3 ( ) we all know why I put the cry guy their.


So I have no site preference and there will be no bottle neck from my CPU. Also can I sell my 6790 1 gig used for a year for around 120 $ with 4 gigs ripjaws ram, that a good price ?

The 7850 is the best option for that price, it comes with two games free, offer good performance at 1080p.

If you want a dual fan cooling system or from newegg, look for the sapphire 7850 1GB or 2GB.

Yes, power color is a good brand, if you don't want to spend a bit more for the sapphire with the dual fan cooling system, get that one.

The single fan Powercolor will be slightly louder but I would probably get it because of the 2GB vRAM. You might actually need it one of these days.
