Hey guys. Not sure if this is the right section but here goes.

I just put together a brand new PC. I used the HDD from my old PC in this one, it has Windows 7 32bit installed on it.

Here's my problem: I start up the PC, everything sounds fine, I hear one beep, the BIOS screen pops up. Then, I get to the "Windows Error Recovery" screen. If I select start windows normally, I see the starting windows screen, then a blue screen pops up with the usual "problem has been detected...shut down to prevent damage" stuff. The technical information it gives me is:
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0x80D86A58, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

So I restart again, back to the error recovery screen, this time I launch startup repair. Immediately after selecting, a "Windows boot manager" screen is shown displaying "Windows failed to start" and farther below
Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

Things I've tried: I have run repair windows from the installation disc multiple times, and attempted to boot up with only one stick of ram, both without results.

Please help me out!
