I have a windows XP laptop with Dell truemobile 1180 ethernet and am unable to change my settings from a WEP to a WPA setting allowing my password to connect with a Verizon LTE 4G mobile hot spot. Please help.

WEP and WPA are used with 802.11a/b/g & n.

Verizon LTE (4G) is a different technology that doesn't use WEP or WPA encryption.
