Will this fit? Graphics card and motherboard..

Hello,

It seems that my lovely GTX 570 has broken down.. It shuts down randomly with the max temp. being 50, tried new drivers, older drivers and beta drivers, cleaning it, etc, no luck.

So I wanna get Gainward GeForce GTX 680 4GB PhysX CUDA

But I'm not sure if it'll fit with my motherboard.. Currently running an MSI P67A-G45 (B3)

Can anyone tell me or tell me what to check for to see if they fit?

It will fit.pci exp slot are of same size.i suggest get gtx 670 as there is only 5% difference between 680 and 670 and $100 price difference.save money dude.
