I saw this pic a couple of days ago and wasn't sure if it had been debunked or not. There are 60+ pages in the forum where it originated and most of it is a flame war, so it's hard to figure out the bottom line answer. Take a look for yourselves:

I haven't heard, but do you know what level of titan card that is or how many levels there will be?

It's at least a level 86, that's for sure.

In all seriousness I have no idea what you're asking. It's not part of the 700 series if that's what you mean.

I see, just read the article on it. At first I thought there might be like a titan 1000, 2000 ...and so on. Now I know.

We cannot know for sure yet, but now that it appears it has a full 512 byte RAM interface, this just could be true. We'll just have to wait a week or two.

That's a bit too forward thinking when we're still trying to determine the specs of this card. If there is another Titan, which there could be, it would be at least a year or more down the road. It would be a fun addition to the line up though, every two years have a special enthusiast Titan card, maybe include a t shirt and other freebies.
