What brands (and models, etc.) of DVD Rom drives are more reliable? more quiet? Best of both worlds? Any to avoid?

Or Lite-On. These are the only two I'd really consider, if it was my decision. But I would prefer the 16x Pioneer, with ATA/66 support.
