i don't know the ip address of my DP-301p+ print server. how can i reset it to default ip address

There is no "default ip" for that, it gets an IP from the DHCP server on your network. If it does not have a button to print out a test page from it with the IP, you can look in your router config web page and look for connected devices, the IP will be listed there that was assigned to that print server.
