HD Radeon 7950 HDMI Audio Cuts On and Off

Hello,
I have a Gigabyte HD Radeon 7950. I am using my Vizio HDTV as the display, running an HDMI cable to the GPU HDMI port. My sound works, however, it cuts on and off randomly. This happens with everything EXCEPT YouTube for some reason. Certain video games, system sounds, any other video players, etc. etc.
I'm updated to the latest CCC and drivers (My audio driver is 7.12.0.7712). I originally had the Realtek audio driver installed as well but uninstalled as I figured it was what was causing the issue, unfortunately that didn't make any improvements.

Had the exact same problem just like many others. For everyone struggling with this problem, the new 13.2 beta drivers from AMDs website fixed this for me! I have a Sapphire 7950 with Boost.
Probably best to uninstall all current graphics card drivers and then use Drive Cleaner in safe mode before installing 13.2b drivers.
Note... 13.1 did not work for me and while rolling back to 12.3 or changing idle clock speeds are a work around, AMD finally fixing this issue is obviously best.
Edit: Should probably mention I saw an AMD employee on another forum mention 13.2b addresses this issue.
