if my motherboard and cpu both DO NOT have integrated graphics does that mean i must have a graphics card installed to use the computer?

that right without a ipgpu (cpu with a gpu build in) or onboard video port you need a video card to show video on your monitor. if not your mb will give you a cmos beep code for video card failure. if this is a new rig and your low on funds see if someone has an old nvidia 8800/9800 or older ati video card. they wont game well but at lest you can install windows and test your rig (burn in testing).

Yes it does mean that unless you can use it without a screen (prob won't even boot)
